Shortly before the summer of 2021, Amy was asked, to participate in the 14th season of the Dutch television program “Sterren op het doek. Which is presented by Özkan Akyol. Amy, together with Saskia Vughts and Bart Wisbrun, got to portray TV presenter Dionne Stax.
After the posing day was over, Amy continued working on the portrait in her own studio. A complete painting by Dionne measuring 100 cm high by 70 cm wide, on an oval lasered panel. To meet the deadline, she painted as much as 7 days a week, 12 hours a day.
Then, after long work, on Nov. 27, 2021, the TV broadcast could be seen on NPO1. Immediately the episode, Dionne’s portrait was auctioned off for charity, in this case the KWF cancer charity. The portrait raised €6500, the second largest security amount of the entire season.
