A new edition of The Dutch Portrait Prize took place in 2021. Amy was one of the participants. On the day of selection for the Portrait Prize, actor Peter Faber was the person to pose for a portrait. Amy had only 35 minutes to complete a sketch. After this, she went to work in her studio and realized the complete portrait in 35 hours. After completing the portrait, Peter Faber and the program’s organizers visited Amy’s studio, where Peter’s portrait was unveiled. The official presentation of the portrait took place during the third episode of the Portrait Prize on Sept. 18, 2021 on SBS6. In the end, Amy made it to the semifinals with a portrait of her sister Laya.
